What you will do

• Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.
• Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
• Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.
• Lead cross-functional teams including full-stack, AI, and data engineers.
• Build and maintain backend services in Python integrated with React or Angular frontends.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure quality via testing, CI/CD, and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems
• Strong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI)
• Expert-level Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases
• Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)
• Experience with Node.js full-stack
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
