What you will do

• Develop production-grade Python services, RESTful APIs, and RAG systems for enterprise use cases.
• Design and build LLM-based agentic AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Own the technical vision and direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Support presales activities, including discovery calls, technical proposals, and scoping.
• Lead architecture reviews and produce detailed technical design documents.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Deep proficiency in Python, including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and RAG optimization.
• Strong experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and API frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for collaboration across multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for AI prototyping.
• Knowledge of modern Python tooling (ruff, uv, pyproject.toml, pyright).
• CI/CD pipeline experience using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Frontend development experience.
