What you will do
- Own technical onboarding from post-sale to production readiness
- Act as trusted technical advisor to customer engineering teams
- Guide on architecture, best practices, and platform adoption
- Troubleshoot technical and production challenges
- Deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and technical guidance
- Partner with Account Managers for strategic accounts and expansion
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience working directly with technical stakeholders including engineers and architects
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Confident leading technical discussions, onboarding, and architecture reviews
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in production environments
- Willingness to travel when required
