What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions to convert ambiguous workflows into clear technical requirements.
  • Develop demos, POCs, and simulations to showcase product value to customers.
  • Design integration architectures across ticketing systems, Slack, and IAM tools.
  • Configure, test, and validate integrations to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Handle technical escalations and help define scalable implementation and professional services processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer or Systems Architect.
  • Proven experience with IT or SaaS tooling, including ticketing systems and collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on proficiency with APIs, permissions, and technical debugging.
  • Strong communication skills for simplifying complex technical decisions for various stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
