What you will do

• Lead services forecasting and capacity planning to align resource supply with customer demand.
• Drive resource utilization and margin optimization to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design, standardize, and optimize professional services delivery workflows and processes.
• Establish services pipeline visibility, backlog management, and data-driven performance reporting via KPIs.
• Manage billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolution of customer disputes.
• Optimize PS systems (PSA) and lead cross-functional alignment to close operational process gaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of services business models, including revenue recognition and margin drivers.
• Proven experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational process improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience building data-driven models and dashboards.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify participant).
