What you will do

• Provide technical subject matter expertise to grow the hydrogeological and Underground Injection Control practice across North America and the Caribbean.
• Develop a pipeline of project opportunities for groundwater management, alternative water supplies, and carbon sequestration.
• Lead aquifer well field studies, rehabilitation, and operational strategies utilizing ASR and managed aquifer recharge technology.
• Collaborate with regional and COP leaders to position services, build teams, and mentor emerging talent.
• Support integrated surface and groundwater management programs and natural systems restoration projects.
• Implement technology assessments to address client needs and differentiate the company from competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science, or Environmental Science.
• Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification in Florida.
• 15+ years of experience in hydrogeological and water resource planning.
• Expertise in groundwater management, underground injection control, and water rights.
• Experience leading project teams and executing hydrogeological studies and implementation projects.
• Proficiency with drawdown tests, aquifer characterization technologies, and groundwater models.

• Experience in client-facing subject matter expert and sales roles.
