What you will do

• Lead large-scale project design from initial concept to project completion.
• Execute high-level analysis and review project documents to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and guidelines for diverse activities.
• Mentor technical personnel and elevate the team's overall technical expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical goals are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Must be a registered professional with at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Ability to travel for client and site visits as needed.
