What you will do

  • Lead and develop the People Business Partner team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and service standards.
  • Operationalize the PBP model by building core processes, playbooks, and tools to improve consistency and scale.
  • Serve as a strategic People advisor to executives, translating business priorities into practical people strategies.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management processes in partnership with FP&A.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex and sensitive employee relations matters, balancing risk and employee experience.
  • Leverage Workday, people analytics, and AI tools to automate HR workflows and drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time as a strategic HRBP in high-growth SaaS or pre-IPO environments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing HRBP teams or centers of expertise.
  • Proven success in scaling HRBP operating models, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, employment law, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with Workday, HRIS tools, and AI-enabled productivity platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15% based on business needs, including potential visits to Mexico offices.
