Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid (required onsite 3x per week)

Salary: $110k-$150k base + 15% bonus

What you will do

• Collaborate with leaders on organizational goals, providing HR expertise and business insights.
• Act as trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Provide coaching and feedback to leaders, managing difficult issues and organizational goals.
• Drive talent management, performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
• Lead change management with communication plans, training, and adoption strategies.
• Ensure HR policy compliance, utilize data for insights, and support company planning cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years as HRBP or similar HR role with strategic problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Advanced analytical skills for data trends and solutions.

• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
