Location: Remote from the U.S. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no new sponsorships for employment visas such as H-1B.

What you will do
- Implement people strategy within assigned business groups including Engineering, Product, and Revenue, aligning with business priorities.
- Build relationships with leaders, coach on performance, and support organizational changes and growth.
- Drive engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve culture and retention.
- Manage full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to development, transitions, and offboarding.
- Handle performance management, employee relations, compensation, and ad-hoc HR projects with high standards.
- Leverage data, AI insights, and HR programs like surveys, calibrations, and training for practical decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner or direct consultancy.
- Experience with full-cycle people processes: hiring, onboarding, performance management, development, transitions.
- Proven track record managing HR projects, partnering with Engineering/Product/Revenue teams.
- Strong use of data/insights for decisions, knowledge of engagement, planning, relations, inclusion practices.
- Understanding of employment law, HR policies; Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Psychology or equivalent.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment with hands-on and advisory support for mid-level leaders.
