Location: Remote, U.S.

Compensation: $140K – $170K • Offers Equity

What you will do

• Partner with Head of People to design and operationalize programs across comp, L&D, compliance, benefits, performance
• Advise people leaders, coach managers, navigate complex situations to support org growth
• Collaborate with People Ops and Employee Experience on initiatives
• Audit people infrastructure, identify gaps proactively
• Own end-to-end delivery of programs and projects from strategy to iteration
• Define and build scalable people operations for hirify.global

Requirements

• Experience across multiple people environments with high standards
• Ability to assess risks quickly, decide or escalate appropriately
• Direct communication style, comfortable giving tough feedback
• Proven ability to move fast or slow down as needed, surface hard questions early
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Background at early-stage companies with overlapping People and Ops roles
• Experience building or iterating programs across multiple HR COEs
• Examples of handling ambiguous high-stakes situations
• Experience in benefits and leaves administration
