Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office)

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Build and implement department-level talent strategies aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead change management initiatives and develop scalable strategies for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leads on complex people situations.
• Use data literacy to identify trends and translate them into actionable decisions.
• Participate in business headcount and strategic planning forums as the "people voice".

Requirements

• 6-8 years of HR experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant.
• Proven track record of navigating large-scale organizational change.
• Strong communication skills suitable for C-suite interactions and complex data analysis.
• Ability to manage complex projects across functional and regional boundaries with minimal direction.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
