People Partner (AI)

Location: Chicago office, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most work-from-home arrangements are available on Wednesdays; Fridays depend on the role and partner teams.

Salary: $158,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and implement department-level talent strategies aligned with business outcomes for the AMER Sales team and CMO.
• Diagnose complex organizational issues, identify root causes, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Lead change-management strategies, contingency planning, and communication of organizational change.
• Advise functional leaders on complex people situations and capability development.
• Interpret people data, identify trends and bias risks, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Participate in headcount and strategic planning forums as the people strategy partner.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of HR experience, including strategic HR Business Partner or organizational consulting experience.
• Experience navigating large-scale organizational change and influencing without authority.
• Strong communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects across functional and regional boundaries with minimal direction.
• Analytical mindset and experience using data to support recommendations and decision-making.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
