What you will do

• Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations using Radford and Mercer.
• Analyze pay data for salary ranges, pay equity, and offer decisions.
• Support annual merit increases, bonus allocations, and promotions.
• Generate reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Administer equity transactions including RSUs, PSUs, ESPP via Fidelity NetBenefits.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, SOX, and global standards; reconcile equity data.

Requirements

• 2-4 years relevant experience supporting mid-sized companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, market pricing, and annual planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Fidelity NetBenefits.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
