Salary: $106,290 – $174,855 USD

What you will do
- Lead compensation analysis, job evaluations, and market pricing to ensure equitable pay.
- Design and administer annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and sales incentive plans.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations.
- Manage salary structures, job families, and pay grades while maintaining compliance.
- Develop workforce analytics and compensation models to provide actionable insights.
- Support executive compensation initiatives and equity program administration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial or compensation models.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, Chicago, IL, or Austin, TX.
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
- Prior people leadership experience.
