Location: Must be based in or able to work from Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, Chicago, IL, or Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Salary: $106,290 – $174,855 USD

What you will do

  • Lead compensation analysis, job evaluations, and market pricing to ensure equitable pay.
  • Design and administer annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and sales incentive plans.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations.
  • Manage salary structures, job families, and pay grades while maintaining compliance.
  • Develop workforce analytics and compensation models to provide actionable insights.
  • Support executive compensation initiatives and equity program administration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial or compensation models.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Working knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, Chicago, IL, or Austin, TX.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
