What you will do

  • Define and execute People strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning as advisor to executives.
  • Own global talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring metrics optimization.
  • Shape culture, drive engagement, retention, and DEI initiatives with feedback mechanisms.
  • Design performance management, leadership development, and learning programs.
  • Develop compensation, benefits, and equity strategies aligned with performance.
  • Build HR operations, ensure global compliance, and leverage people analytics.
  • Support international expansion and remote workforce management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in HR/People leadership, 5+ years senior
  • Proven scaling HR in high-growth tech/SaaS companies
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance, compensation, HR ops
  • Experience with global teams and multi-jurisdictional practices
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, stakeholder skills
  • Data-driven with people analytics experience

Nice to have

  • AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience
  • Strong ownership, action bias, empathy with high performance
  • Building culture in distributed/hybrid orgs
