What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and professional representation of .
- Provide pre-sales technical support via email and telephone for software products.
- Execute production demonstrations to articulate the business and technical value of solutions.
- Design and present solution architectures, including all technical product aspects and supporting systems.
- Install and configure enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) phases for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal product development teams to resolve issues and suggest roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with MDM solutions, enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS.
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls).
- Proficiency with SSO, IAM, SAML, and Identity Providers (IdP).
- Experience with certificate authorities, encryption methodologies (SHA, TLS), Active Directory, and LDAP.
- Understanding of databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and containerization/virtualization.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CCNA, MCTS (Exchange), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Android Enterprise Professional certification.
- Formal sales training in methodologies like SPIN, Miller Heiman, or Value Selling.
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic coding (JavaScript, HTML).
- Multilingual capabilities and experience with incident management software.
