What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Proof-of-Concept processes for complex opportunities.
• Partner with sales to discover customer requirements and define use cases.
• Map use cases to strategic business outcomes and demonstrate hirify.global platform via tailored POCs.
• Develop custom code and integrations with systems like SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure.
• Coach customers on identity security best practices.
• Create technical enablement assets and reusable solutions for the team.

Requirements

• Reside in the United States or Canada with ability to travel up to 25% across the US.
• 5-7+ years as hands-on technical resource in enterprise software.
• 5+ years deep experience in Identity Management/Governance; hirify.global expertise a plus.
• Strong skills in integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, HR systems.
• Proficiency in Java, web development (XML, REST, SCIM); knowledge of Beanshell, Tomcat, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication for technical/business audiences.
