TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Managing existing client business to drive growth and retention within a B2B event management platform with an accent on relationship building, upselling, and customer success. Focus on achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets, conducting product demos, and optimizing account growth through strategic prospecting.
Location: Remote (Must reside anywhere in Canada and accommodate EST working hours)
Compensation: Up to $105,000 CAD OTE

What you will do
- Manage a pipeline of existing customers to drive retention and growth to achieve Net Revenue Retention targets.
- Build long-term relationships with 150+ accounts through regular debriefs, product demos, and check-in calls.
- Prospect for growth opportunities within the existing client base via referrals and networking.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast and follow CRM workflows for prioritized account touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Proactively engage accounts using a mix of phone, email, and meeting communication methods.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets through upsell and growth.
- Extensive experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Must reside in Canada and be able to accommodate EST working hours.
