What you will do
- Bridge the gap between strategic product direction and market needs by acting as an internal technology expert.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build engaging strategies and drive deals through the sales funnel.
- Configure demo environments and construct POCs/pilots to meet specific customer presentation needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, from CEOs and L&D Directors to Developers.
- Provide high-value product feedback and insights to the internal Product team.
- Contribute to the scaling of the Sales Engineer department by identifying best practices and designing new processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultancy.
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment (LMS experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and on-site client visits.
