What you will do

  • Bridge the gap between strategic product direction and market needs by acting as an internal technology expert.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build engaging strategies and drive deals through the sales funnel.
  • Configure demo environments and construct POCs/pilots to meet specific customer presentation needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, from CEOs and L&D Directors to Developers.
  • Provide high-value product feedback and insights to the internal Product team.
  • Contribute to the scaling of the Sales Engineer department by identifying best practices and designing new processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consultancy.
  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment (LMS experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and on-site client visits.
