Location: Remote (Canada). Based in Toronto, Ontario.

Salary: $168,000 — $231,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to develop territory strategies and maximize market opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of cloud security.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex use cases, collaborating with internal engineering teams.
• Develop technical content and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to stakeholders from developers to C-level executives.
• Act as a feedback loop between customers and Product Management/Engineering to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or customer-facing technical roles (consulting/support).
• Strong expertise in IAM: SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and web security (SSL/TLS, XSS, XSRF, encryption).
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience in JavaScript, Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android).
