TL;DR
Automation Customer Success Engineer (IAM): Designing viable client solutions and removing technical inhibitors to drive adoption of products with an accent on Identity and Access Management and solution design. Focus on delivering technical proof points through POCs, MVPs, and workshops to accelerate client value.
Location: Must be based in Canada (Markham or Toronto) and have the ability to work without sponsorship

What you will do
- Design viable client solutions and remove technical inhibitors to sales opportunities.
- Create and deliver technical proof points via demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, and MVPs.
- Develop success plans and deployment roadmaps to ensure successful product adoption.
- Conduct use-case workshops to establish measurable business outcomes with stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted guide for clients' modernization of 's technology portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience in software development or technical sales.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (e.g., Verify, Okta, Ping, CyberArk).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in technical solution design and product demonstration.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of network management tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk, and Wireshark.
- Experience and knowledge with HashiCorp Vault and/or Terraform.
