What you will do

• Interface, negotiate, and develop relationships with mobile game and app developers to build partnerships for user acquisition and ad monetization.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize advertising campaigns, monetization stacks, and resolve account issues.
• Use data to guide strategy, master hirify.global products, and provide technical support via internal teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and simplify complex mobile advertising insights into actionable narratives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in mobile advertising, gaming, or related industries
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Exceptional client management with proven retention and growth success
• Data-driven with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and outstanding interpersonal skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
