TL;DR

Location: London, Barcelona, Paris, Skopje (Office First: 3 core days in office, up to 30% WFH)

What you will do

  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities, seat expansions, and cross-sells within accounts
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, run check-ins, and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Maintain CRM records (HubSpot), track account activity, and manage expansion pipelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on strategies, communications, and feedback

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in English required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset, organized, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proactive, customer-focused, eager to learn in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • French or German language skills
