Location: London, Barcelona, Paris, Skopje (Office First: 3 core days in office, up to 30% WFH)

What you will do
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities, seat expansions, and cross-sells within accounts
- Build relationships with stakeholders, run check-ins, and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Maintain CRM records (HubSpot), track account activity, and manage expansion pipelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on strategies, communications, and feedback
Requirements
- 1–3 years in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in English required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset, organized, detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Proactive, customer-focused, eager to learn in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- French or German language skills
