TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Mid-Market) - German Speaking (SaaS/AI): Drive growth of existing EMEA mid-market accounts through pipeline development, renewals, and consultative selling with an accent on AI-powered customer service solutions. Focus on strategic sales processes, cross-functional collaboration, and building long-term customer partnerships.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline and revenue by developing your book of accounts and outbound efforts in large EMEA accounts.
  • Secure customer renewals through proactive lifecycle management for long-term partnerships.
  • Execute structured, data-driven sales processes with accurate forecasting.
  • Act as consultative partner using value selling, ROI analysis, and multithreading within accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Engineers, CSMs, Product, and Marketing to close complex deals.
  • Master hirify.global's product suite, especially AI capabilities, and connect to customer KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding workflows, metrics, and executive priorities.

Requirements

  • Fluent German to a solid business level is essential
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS closing role with quota attainment; CS, CX, or CRM experience advantageous
  • Proven business development to generate pipeline and manage book of business
  • Strong consultative skills: value-based selling, ROI, negotiation
  • Technical curiosity in AI to translate features into business outcomes
  • Cross-functional influence and project management abilities
  • Exceptional communication tailored to audiences; growth mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with Value Selling, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC
  • Familiarity selling AI-enabled products or automation tools
  • Additional European languages
