What you will do
- Act as a strategic business partner by running Executive Business Reviews tied to client KPIs.
- Own the full renewal cycle, forecasting risks and implementing proactive save strategies.
- Identify and close organic growth opportunities, including increased seat count and platform adoption.
- Build and maintain customer health frameworks using HubSpot and analytics tools.
- Advocate for clients internally, partnering with Product and Support to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of independently managing a book of business and hitting retention/expansion targets.
- Experience working with customer health metrics and leading indicators.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder accounts and present to C-suite executives.
- Business fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, or Planhat.
