What you will do

• Analyze and propose CAD automation and engineering process improvements tailored to client requirements.
• Lead requirements analysis workshops and interact across the organization to ensure solution consistency.
• Support the deployment of tool improvements and align them with the organization's CAD design strategy.
• Manage team priorities, project timelines, and coordinate activities with the development team.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, preparing contingency plans for multiple parallel projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of overall experience in engineering and/or IT, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing company.
• Expert-level experience with Siemens Designcenter NX.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and product change management principles.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and French.
• Must be based in or able to work in Canada (Dorval, QC).

• Foundational knowledge of software development and automation.
