GNSS Specialist (Aerospace): Developing and analyzing LEO-PNT satellite infrastructure to provide centimeter-level positioning certainty with an accent on GNSS receiver design and signal validation. Focus on conducting theoretical performance analysis in diverse environments and solving complex satellite navigation challenges.

Location: Montreal, Canada (On-site). Must be able to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.

What you will do

• Perform time-sensitive novel LEO-PNT analyses to support strategic company objectives.
• Prepare technical documentation, internal reports, and white papers regarding the Pulsar PNT system.
• Collaborate with business teams on customer demonstrations, including feasibility analysis and onsite test execution.
• Conduct deep-dive theoretical studies on timing and positioning systems and their critical infrastructure applications.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Geomatics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience working in the GNSS domain.
• Experience with theoretical analysis of GNSS performance using Python, C, C++, or MATLAB.
• Capability to obtain and maintain Reliability status security clearance, CGP, and ITAR compliance.
• Availability to support occasional rapid-turnaround technical assessments.

Nice to have

• Experience with GNSS timing and UTC traceability.
• Expertise in precision GNSS corrections modeling and multipath mitigation techniques.
• Practical experience with Linux-based systems and GNSS simulators.
• Demonstrated ability to lead targeted research projects independently.
