What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects, from initial prospecting and discovery to contract execution.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and compelling presentations aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Forecast pipeline activity and sales results accurately for leadership.
Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of quota achievement.
- Proven ability to close complex sales cycles involving C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate value-based solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline management.
- Strong business acumen in HR, compliance, or workforce management challenges.
- Must be based in the United States.
