Principal People Operations Advisor (HR Ops): Own and execute complex HR operational processes across the global employee lifecycle with an accent on onboarding, HR systems, global mobility, project delivery, and employee experience. Location: US - Tennessee - Virtual (remote). Support for U.S., Canada, and other countries via payroll and global mobility.

What you will do
- Own and execute HR processes across employee lifecycle: onboarding, job changes, compensation, leaves, offboarding.
- Serve as escalation point for complex employee cases with cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with Payroll for execution, validation, audits, and reconciliations across U.S., Canada, and other countries.
- Coordinate global mobility: transfers, relocations, work authorizations with Legal and vendors.
- Manage HR systems (Workday preferred): data accuracy, validations, audits, documentation.
- Lead process improvements, global initiatives, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related.
- 7-10 years in HR, Global Mobility, Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred), data governance, payroll processes.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint/ServiceNow a plus.
- General HR knowledge, process optimization, independent operation in fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset.

- Hands-on global mobility programs, relocations, immigration.
- Software industry or private equity-backed company experience.
- HR certification.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools to improve efficiency.
