Location: US - Tennessee - Virtual (remote). Support for U.S., Canada, and other countries via payroll and global mobility.

What you will do

• Own and execute HR processes across employee lifecycle: onboarding, job changes, compensation, leaves, offboarding.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee cases with cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with Payroll for execution, validation, audits, and reconciliations across U.S., Canada, and other countries.
• Coordinate global mobility: transfers, relocations, work authorizations with Legal and vendors.
• Manage HR systems (Workday preferred): data accuracy, validations, audits, documentation.
• Lead process improvements, global initiatives, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related.
• 7-10 years in HR, Global Mobility, Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred), data governance, payroll processes.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint/ServiceNow a plus.
• General HR knowledge, process optimization, independent operation in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
