TL;DR

People & Culture Administrator (HR Tech): Managing employee lifecycle operations and HR data integrity with an accent on process documentation and candidate experience. Focus on optimizing onboarding/offboarding workflows and maintaining the HRIS as a single source of truth.

Location: Fixed hybrid: 3 days a week in the Vancouver office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year + bonus

What you will do

  • Execute all assigned P&C operations tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Design, audit, and evolve internal process documentation in Confluence to ensure operational clarity.
  • Support talent acquisition processes including screening, scheduling, and ATS configuration.
  • Maintain 100% data integrity within the HRIS as the primary source of truth for people data.
  • Contribute to talent program delivery such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, and benefits renewals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within employee lifecycle workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of accuracy and consistency in high-detail tasks.
  • Strong service orientation and proactive communication skills.
  • Curiosity about integrating AI into professional workflows.
  • Must be able to work from the Vancouver office 3 days a week.
