Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark (4 days in office)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, including employment contracts, HRIS data accuracy, and employee queries.
• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
• Act as the compliance anchor by applying Danish employment law and monitoring regulatory changes.
• Perform reporting and analysis of people data to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and automate manual administrative tasks and recurring processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• High attention to detail regarding contracts and HRIS data integrity.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder needs and high-volume tasks calmly.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with an interest in AI-driven ways of working.
