What you will do

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experiences.
• Monitor and analyze incoming lab results daily and manage escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to enable lab and imaging services.
• Manage clinic communications, handling calls from patients, clinicians, labs, and pharmacies.
• Process prior authorization requests and EMR requests.
• Perform required on-call shifts monitoring the Critical Lab Phone Line.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NJ (compact license required)
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven experience in telemedicine.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
