Salary: $80,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Perform phone screens and clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for InStride services.
• Accurately assess diagnoses and create detailed case conceptualizations for pediatric patients.
• Educate and motivate families while serving as a professional brand ambassador.
• Determine the need for medical clearance prior to admission and redirect families to alternative resources when appropriate.
• Generate robust, timely documentation using AI-assisted note-writing tools.
• Collaborate with Tech and Clinical Product teams to provide feedback on workflows and patient experience.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or PsyD in psychology OR a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field with independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Active state-specific licensure in at least one of these states: CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, DC.
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety and OCD.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills for navigating sensitive conversations.
• Comfort utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools in a fully virtual environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
