Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do
- Deliver personalized guidance on the functional, physical, and emotional aspects of pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, and early postpartum recovery.
- Provide expert lactation support to members in the Pregnancy and Postpartum pathways.
- Identify when member needs fall outside the wellness scope and require clinical evaluation.
- Contribute to program protocols and AI development through quality reviews.
- Support Bloom’s operations by shaping workflows to scale consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team within the Bloom platform.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted CNM licensure and national certification through AMCB.
- IBCLC certification.
- Experience in telehealth or digital health environments.
- Legal right to work in the United States (immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided).
- Demonstrated AI proficiency (at least Level 1: using AI daily to boost personal productivity).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust in a digital care environment.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery.
- Thorough understanding of wellness services and scope boundaries within a wellness model.
