What you will do

• Deliver personalized guidance on the functional, physical, and emotional aspects of perimenopause through post-menopause.
• Coordinate care for members pursuing hormone therapy via a partner clinician network.
• Identify when member needs exceed wellness scope and require formal clinical evaluation.
• Contribute to program protocol and AI development, participating in quality reviews.
• Support operations by shaping workflows to scale consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the Bloom platform.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure and national certification.
• MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) certification.
• Experience in telehealth or digital health.
• Legal right to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
• Demonstrated AI fluency (at least Level 1 Explorer).
• Commitment to data security and privacy.

• 3+ years of clinical experience in menopause care or midlife medicine.
