What you will do

• Provide live, telephonic, and email clinical support during business hours, including rotating after-hours backup.
• Troubleshoot product issues ensuring all communications follow quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver virtual and live product training to customers and sales teams.
• Customize eLearning programs to meet specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to provide clinical insights for product improvement.
• Represent hirify.global products at professional conferences.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Registered Dietitians also considered).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with an emphasis on infusion, enteral feeding, or homecare.
• Ability to travel domestically (~10–15%).
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills for de-escalating stressful situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and webinar tools.
• Ability to understand drug conversions, concentrations, and dosing.
