What you will do

• Provide insight and assurance for portfolio-level reporting, identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Define and refine governance standards and rhythms across agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Partner with Delivery and Portfolio Managers to shape plans, prioritization, and resource strategies.
• Drive integrated dependency and risk management across vertical delivery lines.
• Automate and standardize ePMO processes and tooling to increase efficiency.
• Facilitate portfolio forums and decision boards to ensure clear accountabilities.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Significant experience in a PMO/ePMO role within a complex corporate environment, ideally in retail or financial services.
• Proven ability to synthesize data across multiple programmes into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and JIRA.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Power BI.
• Resource and capacity management experience including demand/supply analysis and scenario planning.
• Professional qualifications such as P3O, MSP, PRINCE2, MoP, or SAFe.
