What you will do

• Support project managers in planning and scheduling for new product development and business initiatives.
• Manage project delivery activities, including project huddles and monthly senior reviews.
• Prepare project reporting, presentations, and conduct governance reviews.
• Administer the Cora Project Management Platform.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and maintain high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Placement year or internship experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT environments.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, risks, dependencies, milestones).
• Awareness of project frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
