What you will do

• Manage the service portfolio lifecycle, including defining value propositions, business cases, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Develop and maintain cost models, pricing considerations, and track KPIs for service performance and adoption.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to provide subject matter expertise for go-to-market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK or France is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience in service management, development, or portfolio management within the IT sector.
• Technical understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies.
• Strong project management capability; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
• ITIL certification or demonstrated understanding of ITIL service lifecycle practices.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• ITIL certification.
