Service Portfolio Project Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the lifecycle and strategic development of IT services to enable partner and end-user success with an accent on service innovation, operational excellence, and performance optimization. Focus on developing service roadmaps, conducting market research, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve service quality and customer experience.
Location: Based in Moorgate, London; Sophia Antipolis, France; or Vancouver, Canada, with four days per week onsite. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, France, or Canada.

What you will do
- Contribute to service strategy and manage the lifecycle, value proposition, business case, and roadmap for services.
- Lead service development and continuous improvement initiatives using customer feedback, usage data, satisfaction metrics, and operational reviews.
- Develop cost models, pricing considerations, value assessments, and KPIs for service performance and adoption.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs, including scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Build relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, partners, Sales, and Marketing, supporting governance and go-to-market activities.
- Provide strategic and analytical insights across support, customer success, professional services, networking, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Experience in service management, service development, or portfolio management within the IT sector.
- Strong project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
- ITIL certification or demonstrated understanding of ITIL service lifecycle practices.
- Technical understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies.
- Strong analytical, financial, business case development, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK, France, or Canada.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
