What you will do

• Lead the global rollout of the Dayforce system, including training and transition efforts for the payroll team.
• Oversee payroll operations for several thousand colleagues across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
• Manage relationships with international payroll bureaus to ensure compliance with local regulations and optimal service delivery.
• Update payroll team policies and procedures to reflect new systems and streamlined processes.
• Manage team workload, provide coaching, set goals, and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience within a large, international organization.
• Proven people management skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Recent, hands-on experience with the Dayforce platform.
• Experience in high-volume environments, preferably within retail or hospitality.
• Must be based in Central London.
• Must be available to start immediately.
