Payroll Specialist (Dayforce)

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum

What you will do

• Support the Global Payroll Manager with the global rollout of Dayforce, including training and transition activities.
• Deliver payroll operations across several thousand colleagues in multiple regions.
• Review and improve payroll processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with international payroll bureaus and monitor service delivery and local compliance.
• Lead team development through goal setting, coaching, feedback, onboarding, and workload planning.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support payroll balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience in a large international organisation.
• Experience managing and developing payroll teams.
• Global payroll operations experience, preferably in retail or hospitality and high-volume environments.
• Recent hands-on experience with the Dayforce platform.
• Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to start immediately and work in the Central London-based role.
