What you will do

• Own complex B2B implementations from discovery through launch, including planning, scoping, and risk management.
• Lead technical discovery with customers to transform ambiguous requirements into clear implementation plans.
• Write, debug, and ship production and integration code using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for integration issues, designing practical solutions for deep problems.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share feedback and influence product priorities.
• Develop delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, and technical guidance for the FDE team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Currently hands-on with programming languages and SQL.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Forward Deployed Engineering.
