What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across the stack, from backend services and infrastructure to polished frontend experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Integrate AI into both the product and internal engineering processes to enhance team productivity.
• Drive architectural decisions and platform improvements to ensure long-term scalability and flexibility.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform prototypes into intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor engineers and establish AI-native development workflows as the organizational standard.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within SaaS or large-scale web applications.
• Proven ability to design and ship complex systems end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools for coding, debugging, and prototyping.
• US-based or authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
• Strong product and UX instincts with a focus on performant and polished interfaces.
