What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients, translating business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications using hirify.global’s data and SaaS architecture.
• Ingest, model, and integrate complex enterprise data, such as claims and clinical trials, at scale.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from data modeling to UI within client environments.
• Collaborate with client executives and stakeholders to shape project scope and deliver outcomes.
• Mentor peers and lead small teams while remaining deeply hands-on with coding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including direct collaboration with enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with AWS data platforms and pipeline tools, specifically Airflow, EMR, and EKS.
• Ability to design solutions based on Salesforce data models and GTM workflows.
• Must be based in the US.
