Salary: $216,000 - $297,000 per year (Bay Area)

What you will do

• Serve as a long-term technical partner embedded within strategic customer engineering teams.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade code and configurations on customer infrastructure using hirify.global’s platform.
• Own technical success and strategy across the hirify.global portfolio for assigned accounts.
• Participate in customer engineering rituals including standups, design reviews, and incident response.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate hirify.global service adoption and unlock new capabilities.
• Provide feedback to influence hirify.global’s product and engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role).
• Proven production ownership with operational maturity including on-call and incident response experience.
• Broad full-stack technical fluency and cloud ecosystem experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience integrating AI-augmented workflows into development.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to engage with senior technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building on hirify.global Workers or Developer Platform.
• Startup or customer-facing engineering experience embedded in partner codebases.
• Public technical profile such as open-source contributions or speaking engagements.
