What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-augmented development environments (Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate UI prototyping in React and backend optimization.
• Design and implement extensible features unifying sleek user experiences with resilient backend services and low-latency pipelines.
• Author and maintain scalable streaming and batch pipelines incorporating AI-driven transformations and anomaly detection.
• Mentor the team on prompt engineering, automated refactoring, and ethical AI integration into production code.
• Drive a shift-left testing strategy using AI to generate comprehensive test suites with Jest and Cypress.
• Partner with product and design teams to align technical strategy with AI-powered frontend experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and languages such as Python or Go.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; no sponsorship available.
• Deep proficiency in AI-assisted development and integrating AI APIs and Vector Databases into production.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL) in high-scale environments.
• Ability to author technical designs for complex projects where AI and human-written code coexist.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
