What you will do

• Design end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal, identifying friction points to accelerate deal velocity.
• Advise CRO and leadership on pricing, packaging, and deal structuring for new product innovations.
• Lead Deal Desk for high-value deals, coordinating approvals across departments.
• Build proactive forecasting models and provide business health insights to leadership.
• Own revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, BillingPlatform) roadmap and integrations for single source of truth.
• Optimize automated quote-to-cash workflows and ensure data governance for Finance handoffs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in high-growth B2B SaaS, managing teams and advising executives.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and billing platforms like BillingPlatform; design architecture, not just configure.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics like LTV, CAC, NRR, pipeline velocity.
• Strategic mindset to handle pricing/product changes across departments.
• Builder focused on automation and systems to reduce manual work.
• No sponsorship for employment authorization or immigration support available.
