TL;DR
Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Tools, Automations & AI): Own and evolve commercial systems architecture for Sales, Account Management, and Support teams with an accent on tooling, CRM automations, integrations, and AI workflows. Focus on designing complex multi-object workflows, restructuring CRM architecture, integrating AI for scoring and enrichment, and ensuring data integrity and scalability.
Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid, 3 days office, 2 remote). Not suitable for fully remote candidates. Relocation support available.
Salary: 75.000 € to 90.000 € / year

What you will do
- Own and manage commercial toolstack including HubSpot (advanced admin), Aircall, Clay, Zapier – handle architecture, integrations, scalability.
- Build and implement complex CRM automations: multi-object workflows, lifecycle logic, renewal triggers, AI-enriched data flows.
- Drive system improvements: CRM object restructuring, organizational representation, support/AM integration, documentation automation.
- Leverage AI in workflows: scoring models, enrichment, AI steps in automations, API-based processes.
- Ensure data and process quality: standards for integrity, duplicate elimination, error monitoring, clean data flows.
- Reduce admin time for teams: automate manual tasks, simplify workflows based on feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS, ideally scale-up
- 3+ years as CRM owner/admin, 2+ years recent HubSpot advanced admin
- Proven ownership of commercial toolstack, complex workflows, integrations
- Experience with low-code tools (n8n, Retool, Clay), AI integration in ops, AI agents
- SQL proficiency to read/write/debug queries; structured databases (BigQuery)
