What you will do

  • Operationalize GTM initiatives and drive programs to improve sales productivity and pipeline management.
  • Manage the monthly commission cycle using HubSpot data and complex payout logic (accelerators, multipliers).
  • Support pipeline visibility and forecasting by maintaining HubSpot reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and implement strict data validation rules to ensure organizational intelligence.
  • Design and automate lead routing and deal stage progressions within HubSpot.
  • Optimize GTM tools and integrate AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or analytical commercial finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, including advanced workflows and dashboards.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning.
  • Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern GTM automation and AI tools such as Clay, Zapier, Gong AI, or Outreach AI.
