What you will do

• Lead business analysis for complex programs, setting standards for discovery and requirements outputs.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships to align competing priorities and expectations.
• Perform evidence-based option and context analysis to ensure recommendations are strategically aligned.
• Define and maintain standards for user stories, acceptance criteria, business models, and traceability.
• Collaborate with technical, product, UX, and delivery specialists to analyze systems, data, and operating models.
• Coach other business analysts and contribute to the development of the BA community.

Requirements

• Extensive business analysis experience across complex digital products or transformation programs.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methodologies.
• Expert-level stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to define and manage complex user needs and traceability standards.
• Experience leading business process improvement and change impact assessments.
• Must be based in and work onsite in the West Midlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture, operating models, or capability mapping.
• Background in consulting, public-sector, or regulated multi-supplier delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN, or UML tools.
