Salary: $103,800 – $133,300 USD (US) / $110,800 – $158,200 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Translate global and cluster objectives into market-specific deliverables, focusing on the ice cream area.
• Develop and implement sales and business strategies based on customer purchasing drivers in the US and Canada.
• Manage opportunities, perform cross-selling and up-selling, and negotiate fact-based value proposals to close deals.
• Grow profitable service contracts and create service business plans in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage the services dimension of the project lifecycle to ensure seamless handover of new equipment.
• Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and lead the creation of quality plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering major highly preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in technical business development, sales, or account management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada (no international relocation provided).
• Strong "hunting" mentality and ability to uncover new business opportunities.
• Ability to dive deep into technical issues to solve problems collaboratively.
• Strong presentation and consultative communication skills.

• Specific industry knowledge of the Ice Cream sector.
